Stick Pack Machines
Multi-Lane Liquid Stick Pack Machine
Plan individual liquid stick packs around your product, fill quantity and finished pack. Review filling, drip control, film and cleaning together before choosing the machine configuration.

From liquid to sealed stick pack
Start with how your product flows
A product name alone does not define the filling setup. Share how the liquid behaves at its intended filling temperature, the amount in each stick pack and the final pack you want to produce.
- Product flow, including foam, particles, settling or stringing
- Fill quantity, filling cutoff and keeping product away from the seal
- Product-contact requirements, cleaning and the next product change
Start with these three items
- 01A product description and a short video showing its flow, with the temperature noted.
- 02The amount per pack and a pack photo or drawing with dimensions.
- 03Available film information, cleaning requirements and required output.

Liquid filling assembly
Discuss where the product is supplied, how filling stops and which parts operators need to reach for checks and cleaning.
Your liquid packaging requirements
Five questions before specifying the machine
Use your actual product and intended film to agree what filling, sealing and handling need to achieve. Record the conditions and checks required before confirming a configuration.
- 01How does the liquid behave?
Describe flow at the intended filling temperature. Note any foam, particles, settling or stringing, and provide viscosity information if available.
- 02How much goes into each pack?
State the target weight or volume, allowed variation and checking method. Include the required output and any other pack sizes.
- 03What needs to be cleaned between products?
Share product-contact requirements, the proposed cleaning sequence and any parts that need removal, flushing or drying. Confirm the procedure for the selected configuration.
- 04What should the finished stick pack look like?
Provide dimensions, film details, seal and opening requirements, and the printing or code area. Agree how filling cutoff and seal condition will be checked together.
- 05What happens before filling and after sealing?
Identify the product supply and any existing tank or feed equipment. Explain whether finished packs are collected, inspected, counted or sent to a cartoner.
Before you choose a liquid filling setup
- Can one setup handle liquids with different viscosities?
- List each product, its flow characteristics and intended filling temperature. Include particles, foam or separation where relevant. Assess the filling components, contact materials and cleaning requirements for each product; suitability for one liquid does not establish suitability for another.
- What should a liquid packaging trial check?
- Agree the target fill quantity and allowed variation, then check filling cutoff, drips or foam near the seal, seal condition and finished-pack handling. Use the intended product and film, and record the test conditions before drawing conclusions about output or repeatability.
