Application Routes

Explore how different products connect to pack formats, machine routes and line requirements.

Powders

Powder flow, dust and changes after refill affect feeding and portion consistency. Explore how product protection, film and sealing requirements shape a probiotic or pharmaceutical powder review.

Liquid & paste

Start with flow at filling temperature. Thin liquids may foam or drip; viscous products may string or continue flowing after cutoff. The two routes separate those behaviours and the related sealing and cleaning questions.

Granules

Particle size, fragility and separation influence feeding and portion consistency. Compare the food and beverage routes to review refill behaviour, breakage and the finished pack, including film protection or opening needs.
